Join the Collective:
how does it work?
Nyrstar Collective is a group of minority shareholders united to challenge the unfair asset transfer orchestrated by Trafigura. We believe the deal lacked transparency, excluded us from the process, and violated core principles of corporate governance. We are seeking truth, accountability, and fair compensation through legal action and public awareness. We stand not only for financial justice but for ethical responsibility in global business. We call on regulators, media, and the public to support our cause—and we invite fellow duped shareholders to join us.
Who should join?
The Nyrstar Collective is open to all minority shareholders who lost their investment following the takeover of Nyrstar by Trafigura on the stock exchange. Whether you are a private individual or an institutional investor, if you are seeking justice and wish to recover your lost capital, you are welcome to join. The common thread is clear: we are all minority shareholders demanding accountability.
Why should you join (now)?
The legal proceedings have been ongoing for over five years. It has been a long and complex process, but 2025 marks a critical juncture in the fight for justice. This is the moment to strengthen our position. Today, we are 70 shareholders representing 15% of Nyrstar—and we are continuing to grow. With every new member, our collective voice becomes stronger and more impactful.
How can you join?
Joining the Collective is simple, but not automatic. To join the Collective, you must first submit a request. Once you express your interest by entering your email address below and clicking submit, we will contact you directly. All communication will be handled with full confidentiality.
